I found a few MORE articles online for you guys to check out, sharing some fantastic ideas how to pass the hours. It's looking like this situation is going to take some time to get through, so the more ideas the better!
If your boredom needs a little nostalgic cure, Hasbro has released episodes of the original G.I. JOE cartoon series on YouTube, as reported by Toy News: https://toynewsi.com/news.php?itemid=35973&utm_source=dlvr.it&utm_medium=facebook
Something for the horror fans...Comicbook.com shared a list of horror movies to stream on Amazon Prime. Not a bad list, if you ask me: https://comicbook.com/horror/2020/03/27/horror-movies-amazon-prime-stream-watch-online-best-march-27/#7
I'm sure I'll come up with more lists of scary movies to watch.
For you film makers out there that are growing bored of sitting around on your butts, an up and coming film festival here in the Northwest, the West Sound Film Festival (www.westsoundfilmfestival.com), is having a 72 HOUR FILM COMPETITION.
This sounds pretty cool. You'll be given a prop and necessary line for your film to use, which will be posted on the West Sound Film Festival's Facebook and Instagram on April 3rd. From that point you'll have 72 hours to make your film (up to 6 minutes in length). The submissions will stream on YouTube and the film with the most likes will air at the festival later this year!
Really awesome way to be creative and show off those movie making chops. The official rules and details are at the West Sound Film Festival Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/WestSoundFilmFestival/
How about another list from USA TODAY? The publication recently put together a list of 100 shows to binge, and where to watch them while you're socially distancing yourself here: https://www.usatoday.com/story/tech/reviewedcom/2020/03/26/coronavirus-100-best-tv-shows-watch-while-quarantine/2907294001/
Let's hope this quarantine dont last long enough to watch them all!!
Speaking of great shows...I'm going to get back to my binge RE-WATCHING of GRIMM. I miss that show. Who watched that one when it aired?
Thanks for reading, and stay tuned.
Be well,
Steve!
